Terms and Conditions
- Claims are valid only for MAPCLUB Brand Yay! products marked with the "Best Price Guarantee" badge.
- Claims can only be submitted by buyers who have completed an order on MAPCLUB (without purchase cancellation or refund and/or product return requests).
- Buyers must provide their MAPCLUB order number (or the email address and phone number associated with the order).
- Buyers must provide proof of a lower price on another platform, including a link and screenshot of the official store's product page only.
- The lower-priced product displayed on another platform must be actively listed (not an out-of-stock product).
- Claims can only be submitted within 24 hours after the transaction is completed.
- A double (2x) refund will be given in the form of MAPCLUB Points and will be automatically added to the buyer's MAPCLUB account within a maximum of 2 business days (48 hours).
