Instructions

1. Cut the Watermelon in half, cut into small cubes, and freeze overnight.
2. Put frozen watermelon pieces in a blender, add honey to taste for sweetness.
3. Blend frozen watermelon until smooth
4. Put the watermelon sorbet into serving bowls or glasses
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves
