Ginger Glaze Chicken

 


Ingredients

Chicken breast (boneless)
salt and pepper
corn starch
¼ cup water
1.5 tablespoon honey
2.5 tablespoon soy sauce
0.5 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
¼ cup water
Corn starch slurry: 1 tablespoon corn starch, 2 tablespoons cold water



Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
2. Coat the chicken with a thin layer of cornstarch
3. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, honey, grate ginger and garlic
4. Pan fry the chicken
5. After golden brown, remove and set a side
6. Drizzle in the sauce and let it simmer for 30s
7. Add back the chicken
8. Enjoy the Ginger Glazed Chicken
