Instructions
1. Wipe the surface of the meat until dry. Rub salt, black pepper, honey mustard until smooth. Let the meat rest for at least 30 minutes, while preparing the baking sheet and additional ingredients.
2. Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature. Prepare a baking sheet. Place all additional ingredients in the bottom of the baking dish. Place a rack to place the meat. Heat in the oven until it smells delicious.
3. Place the meat on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
4. Spread liquid smoke all over the surface of the meat, then continue grilling for 3 hours. Reapply liquid smoke and bake again for 15 minutes or the meat is cooked. Remove the meat and let it rest for 1 hour before slicing.
5. Slice according to taste and serve with BBQ sauce
