Grandma's Scrambled Eggs
Instructions:
1. Heat a large non-stick fry pan over medium heat.
2. Add smoked beef and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Put one tablespoon of butter in pan. Add mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add in spring onion and sauté for one minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
5. Crack eggs and beat until well blended. Add water and worcestershire sauce and salt.
6. Cook egg then add in smoked beef, mushrooms and green onion.
7. Remove from heat when set but still soft. Eggs will continue to cook. Plate immediately and serve.
