Beef Teriyaki



Ingredients

500 gr of beef sliced
1.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 lime, squeeze the juice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground pepper


Instructions

1. Drizzle the beef with lime juice. Rinse with water.
2. Marinate the meat with oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Saute the onions with margarine.
4. Add the meat to the stir fry. Cook until the meat changes color.
5. Add sweet soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Stir well.
6. Cook until the meat is tender and the spices are absorbed. Lift and serve.
