Cheese Shrimp Ball
Instructions
1. Blend chicken thighs, egg white, minced garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, bouillon powder, sesame oil, and oyster sauce for awhile (not too smooth).
2. Minced the shrimp, and add it with tapioca flour to the chicken mixture and blend until the mixture can be shaped into balls.
3. Take a portion of the chicken and shrimp mixture. Add a mozzarella cheese ball in the center of the chicken mixture and enclose it completely, forming a ball.
4. Coat each shrimp cheese ball in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the cheese balls until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot with your favorite Sambal Nusantara!
